The America challenge

If you've been following you probably noticed that I've been quite for a little while. It's because hubby and I have been busy planning a 4-week trip to the US of A! Internet connection will be intermittent on the trip but I'm determined to keep posting, to track my challenge of finding good, tasty and nutritious food in the heart of deep-fried country.
